宣讲活动：商赛的现实意义
在宣讲中，张锦老师为同学们介绍了去年被苏附中加包揽前三甲的“模拟商战”：
参赛代表分组组建模拟公司、扮演企业中的不同角色，并在模拟设定的市场环境中进行公司的模拟运作，完成市场调研、产品开发、营销策划、投资融资等一系列商业行为。
“MicroBiz! 校内赛”是中学生商业实践教育活动。以现行高中生理解能力为标准，为同学们提供提前感受商战的竞技平台。
Ms Zhang introduced the “simulated business competition” to our students, in which students from our program won the top three last year.
The participating representatives will be divided into several groups, then form a simulation company, play different roles in the enterprise, and carry out the company's simulation operation in the simulated market environment, complete a series of business activities such as market research, product development, marketing planning, and investment.
“MicroBiz! School Competition” is a business practice education activity for middle school students. Based on the current high school students' understanding ability, the students will be provided with a competitive platform for the business experience in advance.
在张锦老师幽默风趣的讲解中，在场的所有同学都被精彩的赛事内容吸引。
张锦老师解释道，目前的模拟商战虽不像实际商场风云那样具有瞬息万变的现实对照结果，但也同样具有参考意义。
Because of the humorous and interesting explanation of Ms Zhang, all the students present were attracted by the exciting content of the event.
Ms Zhang explained that although the current simulation business is not as realistic as the actual one, it also has reference value.
在接近真实的商业环境中，让参赛学生体验市场经济的规律和规范;
在公平的环境下，尽最大可能发挥参赛学生的创造力与商业才华;
在合理赛制的引导下，培养参赛学生的商业前瞻性并拓展其商业视野。
锻炼商业头脑的同时，实际也是在锻炼同学们的应急对答、合作互利和职场人际等能力。
The students can experience the rules and norms of the market economy in a business environment which is close to the real one;
In a fair environment, try to maximize the creativity and business talent of the participating students;
Under the guidance of a reasonable competition system, the students' business prospects will be cultivated and their business vision will be enlarged.
While exercising business thinking, it also trains students' emergency response, cooperation and mutual benefit, and workplace interpersonal skills.
宣讲结束后，张锦老师现场解答了同学们的问题，并向大家发出了今年的模拟赛邀请。
在现场同学和老师们的共同见证下，商赛俱乐部也就此成立。
After the presentation, Ms Zhang answered the questions raised by the students and sent an invitation about this year's simulation contest.
Under the joint witness of the classmates and teachers, the business competition club was established.

通过本次挑战赛的积累，不仅让学生对于商业竞争和各个环节有初步的了解，还提升高了学生的思维能力、实操能力等综合能力。
在今后的大学申请过程中，申请知名大学商学院（金融、会计、管理、经济等专业）不仅需要有扎实的理论基础，还要有丰富的实战经验。
商战俱乐部的成立，将为有志于从事商科专业的同学提供更加丰富的理论和实践经验。
Through the accumulation of this challenge, students not only have a preliminary understanding of business competition, but also enhance students’ comprehensive, thinking and practical abilities.
Applying for a well-known university business college (finance, accounting, management, economics, etc.) requires not only a solid theoretical foundation, but also a wealth of practical experience.
The establishment of the business competition club will provide more theoretical and practical experience for students who are interested in business.
